The GKC378 vibration sensor is based on monocrystalline silicon MEMS capacitive sensing technology, providing an analog current output signal of 4mA to 20mA. This product uses low-noise micro mechanical capacitive sensitive components and built-in signal conditioning and compensation circuits to suppress the effects of temperature drift and process deviation on the output, thereby achieving good linearity and long-term stability.
